What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of technical defects, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo or video of the defect for verification. Since we perform thorough quality checks before shipping, we do not accept returns for cosmetic issues. We do not offer exchanges or returns for customer errors. Please carefully review the items in your cart to ensure they meet your needs before completing checkout. Additionally, double-check your order details right after placing it. Once an order is packaged and shipped, no changes can be made. Please contact support for details.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, and 5-10 days to Europe. Made to order products will take between 2 and 4 weeks

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to countries in Europe and United kingdom. For Countries outside of these regions please go to either Punkworkshop.us or Punkworkshop.jp.

Where are you based, and what about shipping and customs duties?

We are a UK-based company, and all products are shipped directly from the UK. For customers outside the UK, please note that you may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Can i have artwork printed and cut for my PunkWorkshop controller?
